My areas of expertise are fertility, anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, trauma, and grief. I collaborate with my clients to meet their individual goals for therapy. If you are making time to attend, you deserve to be moving in a more satisfying direction in life. Many of us feel overstimulated and overwhelmed. I am here to teach skills to navigate life's challenges. I am a no-nonsense therapist. I want to make the most of our time together. I want you to have an advocate in healing, not someone who agrees and validates more than necessary. I believe you have what it takes to get to a better spot. I'll help get you there.
I have specialized training for treating individuals experiencing betrayal trauma. A common reaction to this can be feeling "hollowed out inside." It can create a lot of confusion and frustration in the relationship. I'm here to help you find your voice on this confusing journey.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy. There is more to healing than talking. I incorporate breathing exercises, mindfulness, yoga, and sound healing when appropriate. I utilize ART for those navigating trauma. In my experience it has been an effective approach to getting the brain to see uncomfortable situations differently.
