Together we can overcome executive functioning and sensory barriers, improve mood and realize goals through tailored interventions.
I work in collaboration with you to process your personal history and embrace your individuality with a focus on mood, relationships, personal insight and life skills. I can help you overcome fears and obsessions, and pursue desired experiences through talk therapy, exposure (ERP) and reduce sensory sensitivity and hyper-vigilance using listening therapies.
