Sessions are experiential and body-based through accessing internal states and parts of you that are difficult to reach through words alone, creating space for the nervous system to release what it has been holding and for lasting trauma recovery to take root.
I also bring over a decade of expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration to support you through ketamine experience, and help translate profound inner experiences into sustainable, embodied change in your daily life.
