I am a compassionate, skilled and intuitive psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the therapeutic profession. I received my MA in Developmental Psychology and Ed.M. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University.
My approach is integrative, combining traditional therapeutic techniques with new neuroplasticity and positive psychology strategies to facilitate the healing of emotional and physical pains, while maximizing personal growth. I view psychotherapy as an opportunity to heal and grow.
