The Center for Advanced Psychotherapy and Skills Training was established by Honey Estapa, LCSW. Mrs. Estapa decided to bring back the skills, knowledge and expertise she gained from working at the Menninger Clinic in Houston, TX and provide high quality, cost-effective psychotherapy, self-help programming and skills training to the New Orleans community and beyond. She has over 20 years experience working with adults of all ages, but specialize in helping college students clear and shift unhelpful thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviors that have been getting in the way of them thriving and truly feeling happy and satisfied.
In order to increase flexibility and convenience for clients, we now offer telemedicine and on-line programming. Ms. Quintana has joined our team for those who do not need in-depth psychotherapy, but instead need help problem-solving and best navigating everyday
We provide In-person and online psychotherapy, online consultation meetings for self-help programming, online situational insight with Misty Quintana, and online skill implementation and review. Please contact our office at 504. 214 2544 to set up an appointment or access our on-line programming.
