The Center for Advanced Psychotherapy and Skills Training was established by Honey Estapa-Brymer, LCSW to provide cost effective, high quality, personalized and flexible skill training and psychotherapy services in New Orleans and throughout Louisiana. Ms. Estapa-Brymer is a sought after clinician in the New Orleans area with over 20 years of field experience and high training credibility from the Menninger Clinic in assisting college students. She works with adults of all ages, but specializes in helping college students struggling with relationships, anxiety and depression.
She helps clients access their best thinking to face life's challenges with ease, confidence and success. We are devoted to helping clients shift and clear, unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns. We offer personalized programming which includes clinical psychotherapy, coursework, skills training and accountability services.
This multi-level approach allows clients to have more access to our resources throughout the week and in between appointments. Misty Quintana has also joined the team to provide help with problem solving, situational insight, skill implementation and weekly accountability.
