Oascha Hightower (she/her) is an experienced BCBA, who works with young children and their families who are on the autism spectrum and other developmental delays. Her expertise skill set is in intensive early intervention services utilizing ABA and holistic parent education utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and ABA. She utilizes evidence-based based trauma-informed, and assent-based practices that are uniquely tailored to each client and their family.
Oascha completed her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor in Arts. She went on to earn her Master's Degree in Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Cincinnati. Oascha is currently earning her Doctorate in Special Education with a focus on parent education and ACT.
