Hometown Healing is a family owned practice. Brynn and Jesse Simmons established the practice in 2020 to provide the community with a new approach to therapy and overall wellness. Together we can identify goals to help make changes in your life, or manage hard, overwhelming feelings.
We use a combination of approaches to help clients. Some of those include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotion Focused.
Starting therapy can be challenging and scary. It takes a lot of motivation and vulnerability. Finding a therapist is also an interview process. We are here to support you. Our first session will be utilized to get to know one another, develop goals, and make sure that we both feel like we can work together to meet those goals.
