I bring experience from multiple settings, including outpatient, inpatient, managed care, school setting, and hospice. These experiences will help me help you and your loved ones. Life has become more challenging and the struggles are real. Related to family, most would agree that the family would be happy if others would stop interfering with your goals for your home. Home Circle Counseling, LLC fundamental belief is that home is the most important environment and everyone wants success in it.
I, Renee Kuhn, LPC, use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as the foundation of all modules. Added to this, I use Person-Centered Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal techniques, Strengths-Based, Music, etc. I also offer Coaching separate from Counseling. Trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I have modified it according to my beliefs.
I believe that it's plausible to say that most people need validation and empathy from others. Yet, sadly, this is lacking too often. Too many people feel hurt and offended.
