My specialty is counseling children, teens, and adults who are strong, but feel weighed down by trauma, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and self worth. Through our sessions together you will learn compassion for yourself and gain clarity on your purpose, which empowers healthier relationships and strengthens your boundaries. I offer a nonjudgmental space for you to process your fears, panic, shame, racing thoughts, lack of motivation, and difficult relationships.
My goal is to empower you - ask questions that help you think for yourself, dig deep into where behaviors and patterns originate. Our work will integrate past experiences and present struggles.
