I specialize in trauma informed therapy and utilize Art Therapy to help my patients deeply get in touch with and heal their inner worlds. I take a mind, body, spirit approach for real and lasting change. I serve individuals and couples, incorporating my training in Art Therapy, EMI (Eye movement integration), somatic techniques, IFS and Gottman.
