As an ACT and FAP therapist and FAP Certified Trainer based in mindfulness strategies, my practice is deeply committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges so they can significantly enhance their quality of life. I am dedicated to helping clients become more connected to themselves, create deeper connection with others while fostering openhearted awareness, maintaining integrity and increasing self respect. I work with individual adults and couples who struggle with depression,anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, impulsive behaviors and distressing life situations. I focus on Interpersonal, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Compassion based strategies to help us pay attention to what is meaningful in our lives and move us closer to what brings happiness and purpose.
