Hi, I am Holly WIngate, a Mental Health Therapist in Georgia, Virginia, and Florida. My therapy style is based on your, the client's, needs. I am not a "cookie-cutter" therapist. My focus is mostly a focus on thoughts that are not serving you well and helping to, as quickly as we can, get you back to a healthy and happy life. My approach works and is quick, and will lead you to a life full of happiness and fun. I am comfortable with older teens and adults. I specialize in helping victims of Narcissistic and Emotional abuse understand and move on from the abuse.
I am well versed in the treatment of Personality Disorders, Mood disorders (depression and anxiety), PTSD, and generally helping individuals identify their strengths and their future goals...the goals you thought you didn't believe possible.....well, They are possible.
I enter a clinical relationship with an open mind and am eager to identify problems in the past that are related to difficulties in the present.
