About
Life can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming for all of us. My goal in working with you is to help identify what is most challenging to you and find resolution. I have been a counselor for over 25 years and have helped many people overcome a variety of issues. I can ensure your privacy in a comfortable setting where you can share your concerns and explore your options. I am down to earth and will offer practical suggestions to help you improve the quality of your day-to-day life.
Adult counseling may focus on issues with anxiety, sadness, parenting, or challenges with a relationship or career. Counseling teens may involve behavioral issues, communication, or problems with peers. Couples seeking counseling may be at a point of crisis or simply struggling to find balance within their busy lives.
Additionally, as a past college advisor I have worked with high school and college students as they navigated toward independent living. I also have a certification in forensics and extensive experience working with law enforcement. Whatever your situation may be, quality of life is important and counseling can help.
