Are you ready to find balance and function at your best? My focus is on fostering resilience, managing emotions, and building healthy relationships to help clients meet their goals. I work primarily with professionals, Doctors, Lawyers, Nurses, Teachers, and Therapists to help them recognize and heal from traumas both big and small. My clients are healing from childhood trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, grief and other big life changing events. We work together to help you come out of the situations strong and capable.
My training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness and Shame Resilience combine to help me help you gain skills to be stable, independent and return to thriving. If you appreciate salty language and a little humor now and then, I'm your person. Do you need flexibility? I work remotely and part time and can accommodate difficult schedules.
It is so hard to reach out and ask for help but we all need it at times.
