EMDR can also help ease past trauma's and allow you to thrive despite difficult past experiences.
My training as a Certified Daring Way facilitator and EMDR allow me to help you recover from both big "T" and small "t" traumas and regain confidence. I have training in meditation and yoga and use that knowledge to help clients improve mindfulness skills. I offer individual, group, workshop and retreats and enjoy working with adults and teens.
It is so hard to reach out and ask for help but we all need it at times.
