I believe that each of us contains unique depths of wisdom, and I am honored to partner with you in your journey towards greater peace and fulfillment. I have a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Agnes Scott College, and I approach therapy from a holistic, relational perspective. I interweave my counseling education with decades of work and life experience. After earning a BA at Emory University, I worked as an educator meeting the needs of non-traditional learners throughout the lifespan.
While raising my own children, I founded an outdoor preschool program based on Waldorf pedagogy, supporting young children and their families through a developmentally-attuned approach. Creating genuine, compassionate, and attuned relationships has been the cornerstone of my work, and I am honored to bring this empowering approach to my counseling practice.
My practice is holistic and client-centered, supporting individuals, couples, and families in healing past wounds and strengthening current relationships with partners, family, and self that center awareness, authenticity, and ease.
