I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience providing mental health services to clients with varying presenting concerns. I specialize in providing trauma-focused counseling to survivors of abuse and neglect and am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
My role as a counselor is to provide a non-judgmental, supportive space for clients to experience self-growth, while also challenging unhelpful patterns and teaching new skills. In my practice, I strive to be inclusive and to learn from my clients, knowing they are the experts on their own lives, cultures, and experiences.
