As a former school counselor, I have experience assisting adolescents that struggle with anxiety & depression. Since then, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan on topics such as gender & sexuality, job transitions, insomnia, and relationships. It has been an honor to help clients discover their worth while building coping skills.
Together, we will work on ways to help you achieve your ideal self. Warmth and open-mindedness will always be at the forefront of my sessions.
