Being vulnerable is hard, it's uncomfortable and it is entirely human. To me, good therapy provides the perfect opportunity to be just that. Through exploring the myriad of challenges we face as humans, my hope is that together we will make sense of past issues in order to move forward with increased awareness and levity in both the present and future. I strive to create an environment that is founded on safety and trust, as this is essential to the therapeutic relationship. My approach to therapy is highly person-centered and strengths-based.

I have over 10 years experience in the field and have worked in a variety of settings including; acute, in-home, residential and outpatient. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have extensive training in trauma informed practices.
