My approach is "client-centered", and is guided by the presenting issues of each person. My goal as a therapist is to support you in building a life that has meaning and values as defined by you. I utilize various treatment modalities in supporting this goal. I am trained in depth psychotherapy, EMDR therapy and traditional evidence based methods.
