I strive to guide you toward peace and healing by6 implementing EMDR, incorporating dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), crisis counseling, as well as addressing chronic pain, grief, and loss. Implementing a trauma-informed, strengths based approach, I offer relatable experience in advocacy, crisis intervention, and navigating the impact of complex medical issues on holistic health.
