As a play therapist, I believe growth and healing happen through play and connection. My main goal is for every child to feel safe, valued, seen, and heard within the therapeutic relationship. With this foundation, I walk alongside each child on their journey of self-discovery, using the language of play to identify and express emotions, process experiences, learn coping skills, and build upon their strengths. I work closely with parents/caregivers, recognizing their expertise in their child’s life, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their emotions and grow.
My approach is child-centered and relationship-focused. Using Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), children lead while I follow their pace and interests. Through expressive arts, sand tray, and games, children explore emotions and build skills, while parents gain guidance to support growth and connection at home.
