Groups
Tapping for Transformation
Monthly coaching/therapy group for those who don't want to be in or cannot afford individual therapy. Focus: teaching the finer points of tapping, helping to set the focus of the monthly personal work, and assisting with issues that are particularly difficult to shift. Each month, at least one person will do work with me, while others will both learn from these demonstrations and get the "borrowing benefits" from tapping along. This group will begin as soon as there are enough people registered for it. I will then add the times and the exact location (2.24.18).

Corona Virus Resilience (on-line)
This group will be focused on using tapping (EFT) and somatic & Energy Psychology methods to release stress and build emotional resilience for the particular challenges the pandemic poses. People can join with video or not, so can be relatively anonymous, if desired. Please call my office at 330.653.5081 to be placed on the list. I plan to begin this group the week of March 16th. I am accepting donations for this group, but as it's a community service contribution, I want it to be open to everyone...maybe especially those whose finances are insufficient.

Boosting Radiant & Emotional Aliveness
This experiential zoom group process includes meditations and exercises to help you ground and center, followed by tapping (EFT) to release negativity, stuck energy, fear, etc., and then an empowering meditation opening to positivity and possibility . The process helps you bring your nervous system into a calm state, discharge disruptive emotions and then open into the more positive states of peace, joy and radiant aliveness. It gives you tools for navigating your own emotional reactions to stress and life challenge. Participants report that they love it and are increasingly more able to stay grounded and positive through the week..
