I provide telehealth and outdoor-based individual therapy for teens and adults, aged 12+, with a focus on ADHD, Autism, LGBTQ+ issues, gender-affirming care, and caregiver support.
I offer outdoor-based therapy and equine-assisted therapy. Horses are both powerful and sensitive, and are conscious of the energy, emotions, and intentions of those around them. In session, they function as a mirror for us to see our growth in real time, and then bring those skills back to our everyday lives.
