Dream Work Therapy Group
Dreams often express what is difficult to access in waking life. They can reveal emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and emerging directions that may not yet be fully conscious. This group is grounded in the work of Carl Jung and the principles of Analytical Psychology. Together, we explore dreams as a way of understanding deeper dynamics of the psyche.
