I love working with individual clients who are ready to do the work, clients who are seeking answers, clients who are ready to look within and heal deeply. The issues I work most with is trauma, attentional disorders, anxiety, life transitions, identity and grief. My clients range from later adolescents and adults. I meet clients where they are, as a social worker, I believe in advocacy and collaboration.

I am skilled in working with trauma and gently preparing individuals to move into exploring the aspects of themselves that hold the pain and that protect those vulnerable parts. I will challenge clients when I see the places where clients are stuck. I support in the places that are fragile. I am a partner in healing so that the client can feel safe.
