Brainspotting is a neuroscience-based therapy to help you organically, gently, & holistically gain victory; healing mind, body, and spirit. If traditional Talk Therapy isn't successful, BSP is like a laser beam focus into the midbrain &nervous system where emotions, trauma, & habits are stored.
