Hello and welcome!
I have experience helping clients of all ages with anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image/self-esteem issues, disordered eating, weight mgmt, GLP-1 tx support, stress, ADHD, school issues, relationship issues, and I am an ally for the LGBTQ+ community.
In addition, as a former athlete I developed an interest in the impact of exercise, physical activity, nutrition, and daily habits on general wellness and mental health.
I believe in approaching each client in a holistic manner and as a unique individual. I look to incorporate interventions to help with building healthier habits, goal setting, skill-building, coping strategies, stress management, boundary setting, self-care, identifying one's individual strengths, increasing positivity, and better communication with others.
