About
I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years experience helping adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and life issues. I have helped clients to resolve problems; cope with life transitions, stress, and change; and gain self-awareness and acceptance in achieving personal goals. I have specialized training and interest in working with lesbian, gay, and bisexual issues, transgender and non-binary issues, as well as relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, weight management, and school/ work-life balance issues.
I work with clients to collaboratively identify concerns and establish goals that will help enhance relationships, increase self-confidence, improve coping skills, and manage sources of anxiety/stress. I believe that people are generally very resilient and have a great capacity for healing and change.
