Inner emotional turmoil can feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck in unhealthy patterns and lost as to how to move forward. As a licensed psychologist, I help my patients explore and understand the obstacles preventing them from living a life aligned with their true needs and values. This process often involves unpacking complex emotions and examining relationships with ourselves and others within the supportive space of therapy. Together, we will work to identify and confront limiting ways of being, empowering you to make conscious choices and create lasting change.
I am committed to helping my patients experience not only symptom relief but also profound personal growth and self-understanding. My approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I use psychodynamic therapy along with evidence-based cognitive/behavioral methods. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment issues.

Freedom from the Mind combines evidence-based principles with longstanding teachings that help us reconnect with our natural Beingness. Sessions incorporate cognitive and behavioral modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, alongside elements of neuroscience, meditation, and philosophy. We will practice observing our experiences and utilizing mindfulness skills to address maladaptive patterns. Additionally, we will explore and process obstacles that hinder positive change. Group objectives include enhancing self-awareness and emotional resilience, improving connections with oneself and others, and reducing feelings of anxiety, depression, and mental clutter. NYU Top Tier & corporate insurances accepted. New cycle starting Dec 2025.
