Many clients come to me feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and/or others. I have significant experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, grief or loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and ongoing self-doubt or perfectionism. These experiences can often leave people feeling isolated or hard on themselves, unsure of how to move forward or reconnect with who they are.
My approach is affirming, empowering, and strength-focused. I strive to create an unshaming and supportive space where clients feel safe exploring all parts of themselves. I’m collaborative and intuitive in my work, supporting clients in developing their own insights and sense of autonomy rather than telling them what to do.
I work from an attachment-based lens, drawing from CBT, EMDR, and parts work. At my core, I’m a person-centered therapist and focus on helping clients build self-compassion, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
