You may be the person others rely on—the professional, caregiver, partner, or parent who keeps showing up even when you’re running on empty. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, caregiving, and life transitions. Many of my clients are women and professionals who appear capable on the outside while privately questioning whether they’re doing enough or are enough. Therapy can be a place to put down what you’ve been carrying, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, Reality Therapy, Existential Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you understand patterns, strengthen boundaries, quiet self-doubt, and reconnect with what matters to you. Faith can also be incorporated into counseling when it is meaningful to you.
Therapy is a place where you don’t have to have it all together. You can bring the worry, grief, questions, exhaustion, and parts of life that feel messy.
