Hello, I am Holly, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW ) in the state of Florida. I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients.
I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies.
