Welcome! Whether you’re going through life transitions, feeling anxious, or feeling stuck and not sure why you keep repeating similar patterns, I am here. I enjoy sitting with and listening to the inner workings of your thoughts while trying to understand what is either holding you back or keeping you from moving forward and healing. The work I enjoy involves being alongside clients who are navigating life concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, relational and identity concerns and more.

Oftentimes narratives from earlier experiences are keeping us stuck in similar roles. This is where parts work can be useful. My specialties include EMDR, working with complex trauma, PTSD, inner child / parts work, and learning to recognize and stop patterns.

I believe clients do best in a therapeutic setting where they feel they can be open, honest, vulnerable, and their truest self with their therapist, feeling completely unjudged and free to speak from their core. Hello! This will be an Alcoholic Recovery process group with 6-8 members. This process group will be vetted to make sure all members are in similar stages of recovery. This particular group will focus on individuals in the workforce who had very functional drinking habits, and are looking to have a shared group to experience the hardships of being in recovery. This is not a group affiliated with any specific recovery or religious programs. I have two groups with space on either Monday or Wednesday's 530-7pm.
