Welcome! I am truly glad you are here. I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, infertility, parenting, blended family dynamics, and other life stressors. I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive parents, children and families. I use trauma and healing-informed modalities to help individuals work through early trauma and attachment disturbances. I work with my clients at a pace that is right for them and we will work together to create action-oriented treatment planning and goals.
I specialize in supporting foster and adoptive families, as well as offering counseling for caregivers who are considering adoption or foster care. These big life transitions can bring up a mix of hope, uncertainty, and deep emotion, and my role is to provide compassionate care that is non‑judgmental, attentive and trauma and healing-informed.
