I have developed my own therapeutic process, soul-centered psychotherapy, based on trauma-informed IFS, or parts, therapy. This modality provides tools, resources, and insights in a non-judgmental way and that will be tailored to your unique needs as an individual.
I specialize in helping individuals identify and transform self-sabotaging behaviors and negative thinking patterns, couples improve communication and rekindle their connection to find true joy in their relationship, and teens and young adults strengthen their sense of identity and purpose. Clients will gain confidence and self-knowledge.
Soul-centered psychotherapy and IFS facilitate increased understanding and compassion to all parts of ourselves as well as strengthen our higher self which can then serve as a guide to what is most important to us. This compassionate, non-judgmental consciousness opens the door to free will and empowers us to make the choices that best support us.

(ON HOLD) Group therapy is more affordable and is shown to be as effective as individual therapy. In our group we will form a "healing matrix" where joining with others will help to restore a sense of trust in the world and counter feelings of alienation and isolation, helping to heal interpersonal relationships. Pain and difficulties that were a result of past unhealthy relationships can be healed through forming healthy, authentic relationships with others in a safe environment.
