About
Many clients decide to come to my therapy practice as they find themselves confronting life circumstances that challenge previously effective coping strategies. They may be seeking self understand and a comforting environment to explore options, some of which they may not have yet considered. Clients want comfort, support as well as non-judgmental objectivity in order to discover their best path forward.
Therapy is about change, and change is difficult in many ways. I feel honored to be able to sit with every individual who comes to my practice and to be trusted to witness struggles. Human connection is the heart of personal and interpersonal growth. I offer a supportive environment and foster the development of a collaborative relationship.
My sessions are personally tailored and client-directed to address the issues that my clients bring to counseling. I have experience working with people in transitions (aren't we all?). I work with clients to recognize and value their inherent strengths through empathic understanding of each individual's personal challenges.
