I strive to empower each client to find and use new awareness to enhance and change their lives. I provide empathy, support, knowledge, and experience to guide my clients through the process of change. As a counselor, I care deeply for my clients and I will bring all of my knowledge and skills to assist you in making the changes you wish to make. I practice with a focus on person-centered therapy and attachment-based theory to explain and understand human behavior. I am trained in EMDR, RTEP/GTEP, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I am working towards additional certifications in EMDR, EFT, and sex therapy.
