I believe that developing healthy boundaries both inside and outside of the therapeutic process will allow clients to lay a foundation that will propel them forward on their path to mental wellness. I do not believe that a client has to be in therapy for an indefinite period. In some instances, meaningful changes can be made in a shorter period. It is my job to equip you with the necessary skills to allow you to thrive in your life while minimizing the amount of time you remain in treatment.
I enjoy working with clients who are willing to commit themselves to do the work necessary to implement change. I will assist my clients in developing the self-awareness needed to identify obstacles they are encountering that prevent them from leading their most fulfilling life.
