I am here to help you find strength and peace as you journey through the many challenges and transitions life may bring, including a wide variety of issues relating to mental health and wellness, addictions and recovery support. My goal is to help you explore and uncover ways in which to live your life to the fullest according to your personal values and beliefs in a safe and judgment-free space. Counseling can provide the support and guidance needed to navigate those difficult times.
I focus on the whole person, not just one aspect of mental health as I allow you to guide me on your journey through counseling, providing support, expertise and guidance along the way. Because of the complexity of each individual, I tailor my counseling to meet the needs of each individual I meet.
In addition to being an LCMHCS & LCAS, I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher. I enjoy opportunities to incorporate gentle movement, mindfulness and meditative practices into counseling.
