I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, supervised by Megan Krizan.
As a counselor, I meet my clients where they are, in the messy middle of life, with empathy and compassion. I consider it a privilege to offer a safe space for clients to confront their circumstances and explore their personal goals. I believe my clients of all ages have unique gifts and strengths that can empower them to re-connect to the joy in life.
My experience has prepared me to work with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.
