With over 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, I help individuals develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, utilizing DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I believe recovery and growth are possible, and I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and move toward the life you want.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're struggling or unsure where to begin. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools for change. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with family or with my two rescue dogs, Stella and Zoe. They keep me grounded, make me laugh, and are a daily reminder of the importance of connection, living in the present, and unconditional love.
