Openings for couples and individuals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide solution focused couples counseling to clients who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, and finding meaning and fulfillment in their lives. Whether you are needing short or long-term therapy, my goal is to help you develop ways to take care of yourself and your relationships. If you are wanting to make progress in couples therapy and feel some immediate relief, I provide weekly or biweekly 75 minute sessions to help move through whatever issues you may be struggling with.
I have 16 years of experience working in NYC, London (UK) and Portland, ME, where as a Medical Social Worker I provided counseling and case management to a wide range of clients. I tailor my person-centered approach to your unique needs, pulling from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Gottman and EFT.
I am providing online sessions only at this time and am a Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider. I am licensed in Maine and Vermont.
