I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression and anxiety, “people pleasers,” couples facing relationship stress, and those navigating co-parenting or blended family dynamics. I work with adults 19 and up, both individually and as couples.

In addition to being a licensed therapist, I’m also certified in the Enneagram—a tool I use to help clients understand themselves more deeply and break out of unhelpful patterns. The insight it brings can be transformational, especially when paired with (CBT), positive psychology, and a healthy lifestyle focus.
