Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we can work together to address anxiety, past trauma, boundaries, codependency, and insecurity. When you are healthy, you can start engaging in healthy, secure relationships, with healthy communication and without your past continually weighing you down. I also offer CBT with a Christian perspective
I also meet with couples, where we can focus on healing and repairing your relationship to build trust and open communication. Right now my practice is entirely online, so from the ease and comfort of your home or office we can meet together to begin creating the healthy relationship you want to have.
