I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused and Solution Focused Therapies and strategies to assist clients in reaching their goals. I utilize Gottman approaches in working with couples and I am EMDRIA trained for applying EMDR.

Groups
Single Parent Support Group
This group is focused on providing single parents support and education while assisting them in increasing balance and harmony in their life. I will co-be facilitating this group with Kim Jones, LMHC. We will meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month beginning January 7, 2026.
