I am a clinical social worker and licensed alcohol and drug counselor and have over 17 years of experience working with a diverse population of people in a variety of settings. Each one recognized that something needed to shift or change or maybe everything. Change isn't easy and while most of us know when the writing is on the wall, it's beefing up the courage and finding a launching point that is often the biggest hurdle we face. Most of us know what we want and certainly what we don't want but it's putting it into action that is often the stumbling block.
I use a variety of techniques and modalities that are catered to your needs, goals, and unique individual self. I also believe the relationship is the foundation of change, so having a good fit is absolutely important to doing great work and getting life changing results.
