How can I help? In our sessions together, I am completely present and perceptive, bringing compassion and attunement to your needs. My style is psychoanalytic in nature, while integrating my extensive background in mindfulness, creating a unique approach where I take special care to get to know you fully and authentically. Sometimes we may touch on the past if it relates to any pain or problems in the present.
Whether it is calming your anxiety, relieving depression, or releasing unhelpful habits that hold you back in your life, I integrate any tools you may need to heal and to reach your goals. With over 30 years of meditation experience, I naturally incorporate mindfulness and attention practices when needed in treatment, to help people regulate and thrive.
I have helped many couples, families, and individuals who have tried several therapists in the past with whom they did not connect, yet they have found a fit with me. I have been told that my approach is like a welcoming and gentle guide.
