I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as trained in EMDR. I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Chronic Pain as well as Grief, Life Transitions, Caregiver Strain, Coping Skills, Stress Management, Self-esteem issues, Alcohol and Drug Counseling, Anger Management and Faith integration, when requested.
As someone who has overcome many traumatic events and emotions in my own life, I understand and empathize. The greatest battlefield is in our mind.
