I specialize in children, adolescents, and adults with mental health struggles, life changes, trauma, and relational issues.
We specialize in helping youth and families function better despite struggling with a mental health issue. We provide EAGALA model equine-assisted psychotherapy, which is experiential in nature. This can be highly effective for youth and families who have struggled to make progress in a more traditional treatment setting. We also utilize CBT, Expressive Arts, Solution-focused therapy with individuals, families and groups both with the horses and in a traditional office setting.
PBJ Connections provides professional behavioral health therapy for children, adults and families through horses, counseling and nature. Our group is located on a horse farm easily accessible from the freeway. We have five independently licensed counselors and social workers in our practice.
